Position Overview
The
eDiscovery/Forensics Analys t will support USAID by managing and analyzing electronic data in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing digital evidence from various sources to assist in investigations, audits, and compliance efforts. The analyst will work closely with legal teams, IT, and program management to ensure that all eDiscovery efforts align with USAID's mission and objectives.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success FactorsAnalyze digital evidence and investigate computer security incidents to derive useful information in support of system/network vulnerability mitigation.Provide investigation and analysis support to the client's Cyber Forensics team.Respond to investigation requests, conduct assigned investigations and produce detailed reports of findings.Identify, locate, preserve, secure, collect, prepare, review, and produce facts, information, and materials for the purpose of producing evidence for use in potential legal processes.Investigate security incidents and determine the root cause of the incident.Analyze logs, network traffic and other data sources to identify the source of incidents.Support Ad Hoc taskings from Leadership.Education and Minimum Qualifications
Must be a US CitizenBachelor's degree from an accredited university3 years of relevant experience
