This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for making a significant impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment.We are an industry leader with an assortment of versatile productsStable company with well over 50+ years behind usGreat starting salary with career growthComprehensive benefits package including health/dental/wellness/and more401K+ employee matchResponsibilities:Lead the development and execution of annual and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.Collaborate with various departments to analyze and interpret financial results and forecasts.Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including valuation, profitability, forecasting, and financial reporting.Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support, including variance analysis, and trend reporting.Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences including senior management.Drive process improvements for more efficient and streamlined reporting tools.Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, required in the manufacturing industry.Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling with a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and related financial areas.Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information and concepts to non-financial partners.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to anticipate and resolve issues.Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
