Description

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. In addition to the traditional roll-up your sleeves tax review and client advisory, the role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership team in each office to develop and execute the firm's vision. As a Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a growing team of professionals with the needed expertise to accomplish client goals.

What you will do:

Coach/Mentor staff to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their careerManage office workflow and proceduresLead client engagement and become relationship ownerPrepare and Review individual, business (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships), exempt & fiduciary tax returnsProvide advisory services to clients related to tax, finance & business practicesWork with Tax Director to develop and implement the firm's retention, growth, and operational strategiesWhat we look for:

6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returnsBA or higher degree in accountingCPA / EA requiredPrior team management experience a major plusWhat we offer:
