AMG is seeking a Labor and Employment Secretary to join their Atlanta team.
Requirements:5 Years experience supporting share holders and partnersResponsibilities include:Prioritizing and executing tasks quickly and accuratelyFormatting and setting up documents including pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documentsPrepare shell documents for attorneys in preparation of discovery, orders, motions, and trial documentsFiling litigation documents with state and federal courts - knowledge of electronic filing is requiredExcellent proofreading skillsUpdate and maintain files in a timely mannerTime entry, processing client bills, conducting client conflict checks, transcribing dictationMaintain calendars with litigation dates and deadlines as well as other necessary datesReviewing vendor invoices and requesting checks for payment in a timely mannerAssisting attorneys and paralegals in preparation for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials
