Position Summary
This position's primary responsibility is to ensure that all products are properly priced on the showroom and outlet floors. It is also responsible to ensure that all POP signage is legible and properly placed by Living Spaces brand standards throughout the showroom.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Complete and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute all company training modules including On-boarding training, department safety, vendor/product training, and sales trainingEnsure a daily walk through of the entire store is complete and address any areas of concernPartner with other Team members, including Visual and logistic team to ensure that the entire showroom floor is 100% according to Living Spaces brand guidelinesGreets and engages all guests throughout Living SpacesEnsure that all price changes batches are complete on a daily basisEnsure that all needed supplies are well stocked and ordered when neededFollow all safety rules and guidelines set forth by Living SpacesCompletes required training in the expected time frame, and participates in ongoing learning opportunitiesEnsure that all merchandise is properly inventoried and binnedBe ready to execute the Guest Engagement Model on the Sales Floor with guests asneededAble to support a culture throughout store that drives the following positive company expected outcomesAbility to work weekends and most holidaysAble to work in a fast-paced environmentQualifications
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.Compensation: $14.60 - $18.95
