Consultant, Power BI Developer

Overview Trissential is seeking a Consultant, Power BI Developer to join our client team remotely. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind a high-impact project, migrating 100 reports and 30 dashboards from SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to Power BI. Your expertise in transforming and consolidating data models will be key to elevating the client's data visualization and reporting capabilities. We'd love to hear from you Responsibilities Lead the migration of 100 reports and dashboards from SSRS to Power BI, driving the future of reporting for the client Transform and consolidate data models to improve reporting functionality and visualization Create more engaging, interactive dashboards to elevate the user experience Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements in medical insurance reporting Collaborate with stakeholders to meet their evolving data and reporting needs Qualifications Proven expertise in Power BI development and SSRS migration, with strong SQL and SQL Server data warehousing skills Experience with data integration and migration, including cloud environments like Azure Knowledge of reporting and regulatory requirements in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus Essential skills Proficiency in Power BI and SSRS Strong SQL and data warehousing skills, with experience in data integration and migration Expertise in full-text search capabilities and direct data connections Desired skills Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, particularly with risk analysis Familiarity with customizing Power BI UI and enhancing interactivity Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage project deliverables independently Benefits Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for seasonal roles.
