Overview:
This is a full-time role located in the Boston, MA office. The role is a full-time, in-office position (with very limited hybrid flexibility).Oversight and management of Boston office space and its people including but not limited to:Manage office assignments for operations and consulting teams (including visitors), office efficiency analysis, identify improvements neededFacilitate office construction, repairs, and developmentMaintain emergency response plans for the office and ensure they are up to dateEnsure the most welcoming and productive office environment by managing building-provided services (janitorial, carpet cleaning, engineering, repairs, etc.). Liaise directly with building management and/or landlord on all office space items per lease agreement.Manage office supplies and office kitchen stock ordering, receiving, and stockingAssist the People team with staff onboarding/off-boarding and training event supportPlan and organize Boston office client events, team-building events, and trainingsProvide administrative support to the senior consulting professionals based in Boston including but not limited to the following:Manage complex calendaring, prepare business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reportsAnticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, effectively handle calendar conflicts, and proactively manage schedule changesSupport client outreach and facilitate connectivity for contracts, billing, etc. between the senior leaders, client, and internal operations teamsAdditional responsibilities as identified.
Qualifications:Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceTrack record of relevant experienceStrong organization skillsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: especially work with MS Teams; Outlook; Excel; Word, PowerPointExcellent oral and written communication skillsImpeccable attention to detail and self-review and strong follow-up skillsDemonstrates ownership and accuracy of work productStrong collaborator who knows how to connect the dotsStrong focus on customer service and employee experienceProfessional services industry experience strongly preferredSelf-starter who can work with minimal oversightAbility and desire to learn and develop new skills
