ECU Health Medical Center has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute and intermediate care, rehabilitation and outpatient health services to a 29-county region that is home to more than 1.4 million people.Position Summary The Supply Chain Clerk orders, retrieves and stocks patient care unit/divisional supplies.As a Supply Chain Clerk, you will:Assists with adding new supply items and removing supply items from inventory management systems.Checks inventory locations for missing labels, broken bins and corrects.Maintains Inventory locations in a clean and safe condition.Regularly checks for and removes expired supplies.Restocks returned/unused supplies into inventory management system.Retrieves items from the stockroom to address short term supply need.Retrieves specialty items from stockroom or other areas.Returns items to stockroom.Reviews and update inventory system counts.Reviews low/critical inventory reports and address with clinical leader.Meets regularly with customers to ensure their need are met.Minimum Requirements High School Diploma requiredSome college courses preferred but not required0 - 1.9 years serviceOther Information 36 hours a weekMonday - Friday (7 am - 7 pm)Required to work rotational weekendsGreat BenefitsGeneral Statement It is the goal of ECU Health and its entities to employ the most qualified individual who best matches the requirements for the vacant position.Offers of employment are subject to successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, which may include an occupational health screening, criminal record check, education, reference, and licensure verification.We value diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
