Vaco Boston has partnered with our client, a highly regarded wealth management advisory firm, that is seeking a Trust Advisor.
Responsibilities:
· Administer trust and estate accounts and services in accordance with the clients’ instructions and applicable laws, regulations, and trust agreements
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, third parties, and internal departments
· Research and resolve complex trust and estate administration issues
· Prepare documents, reports, and other materials related to trust and estate accounts
· Prepare and review financial statements, trust accountings, and other fiduciary reports for accuracy
· Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and third parties
· Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry changes related to trust and estate administration
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and trust agreements
· Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
· Coordinate and oversee trust and estate activities with internal departments
Qualifications:
· 6+ years of previous trust administration experience.
· Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or commitment to obtain the designation required.
· Demonstrated success in a personal client service environment.
· Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and confidential material with good judgment
· Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and editing skills.
