The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading and being the subject matter expert (SME) in the assigned business process areas related to manufacturing and finance within the organization. This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing processes and financial operations, including a strong understanding of production workflows, cost management, financial reporting, and analysis. The position involves managing a complex matrix of stakeholders globally and integrated applications within our IT ecosystem. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serve as the SME for system applications within the manufacturing and finance domains, including supporting software and integration. This includes a thorough understanding of system capabilities, features, functionality, and staying updated on new releases and enhancements. Leverage your expertise in manufacturing processes such as production planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, along with a strong grasp of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to drive business solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including global teams in Europe and China, to collect and rationalize business requirements for implementation in JDE ERP and other integrated systems. Prioritize requirements based on business impact and value, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency. Develop detailed requirements and use cases for new products, features, and enhancements, focusing on accelerating growth while maintaining system stability. Track progress, identify risks, and develop proactive risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to develop, test, launch, validate, and refine features, ensuring adherence to development policies and standards. Utilize creativity, research, data analysis, and management skills to identify issues, opportunities, and solutions within the manufacturing and finance processes. Gain a deep understanding of business processes, products, and customer experience within the manufacturing and finance areas. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, serving as the single point of contact for the intake process within the designated business area. Use your expertise to enhance digital platforms, driving customer experience and growth for the organization's brands. Assess and develop innovative solutions to address complex business workflows for key stakeholders in the manufacturing and finance environments. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process and system features and functionality within the manufacturing and finance domains. Ensure successful implementation of process improvements, problem resolution, and system updates that meet user requirements, are delivered on time and within budget, and minimize disruption to daily business activities. Effectively serve as a liaison between the business systems team, internal resources, and external consulting resources as required to fulfill the duties of this position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE SECTION A minimum of 10 years of experience in complex problem solving and business process designing. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or computer science, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications; and experience with ERP systems.
