This position will be responsible for providing high level administrative support for company leaders ensuring they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. You will keep the executives communications organized, screen all visitors and determine what level of support they need. Manage executives daily calendar which includes scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and sending messages on behalf of executives. You will be organized and skillfully prioritize and juggle multiple demands. The work from this role will directly impact the executive team.Responsibilities:May perform research and analysis on specific issues and independently prepare non-routine letters and reportsCreate a support network for leadersDemonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilityDemonstrate high attention to detail and flawless executionProject management skills as well as prioritizing work and balancing multiple workstreams at onceAssist in coordinating and communicating regarding organization wide events or engagementsResponsible for supporting the needs of department leaders across the Corporate Office, specifically the VP personnelPerform ad hoc as well as ongoing assignments for these departments and individualsAssist with company lease administration and monitoringWillingness to do out-of-office errandsMay assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking of project timelines, milestones, and deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and present to managementManage complex travel schedulesQualifications:3-4 years administrative or executive assistant experienceAdvanced use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Practiced strong, professional presence and presentation with exceptional verbal and written communication skillsGeneral accounting knowledge and bookkeeping exposureExperience managing relationships, scheduling and material creation for Board of Directors and Executive StaffRequired Skills:Excellent organization skills and high attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented cultureAbility to work effectively with business leaders to understand their information needs beyond just their requestAbility to anticipate, problem solve, coordinate, multitask and prioritize issues, assignments and projects and meet deadlinesAbility to gather data and information to prepare extensive reports, sometimes in an urgent mannerWillingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilitiesAbility to uphold confidentialityLOCATION:
