Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world.Discover your exciting roleThe Senior Manager, Scheduling is responsible for themanagement, supervision, and coordination of the end-to-endintegrated schedule development, coordination, and controlprocess throughout the life cycle of the project(s).Enabling project teams to target competitive schedulesolutions and provide critical input for the project riskmanagement process. Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesSupervises and assure the quality and timeliness of allscheduling activitiesDrives standardization into scheduling process and directsfunction oversight to any contracted scheduling servicesEnsures appropriate schedule detail level is utilized basedon project execution requirements and project phaseEnsures schedules are properly loaded with projectresources to facilitate effective staffing and resource densityanalysisEnsures key metrics and benchmarks (internal and external)are in place to effectively gauge schedule performance andpromote continuous improvement.Ensures the schedule supports the change managementprocessLeads schedule update meetings, as requiredPerform a variety of tasks associated with the developmentand maintenance of highly complex Primavera P6 projectschedules including; WBS structure development, logic links,constraints, resource loading, progress tracking, earned valuereporting, float management, etcOther duties as assigned Show your expertiseStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organization and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel,Power Point, Outlook, etc.)Basic understanding of Project Controls FunctionsThorough understanding of proven scheduling techniques andpracticesUnderstanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts andcalculationsExperience in earned value management and the ability toaudit / validate both engineering andconstruction progressExperience integrating schedule and BIM model(desired)Construction industry experience with relevant bachelor'sdegree and/or professional training desired10+ years' experience in the commercial constructionindustry and 10+ years of scheduling experience preferredProficient using Primavera P6 (resource and costloading)Experience in construction industry; specific tosemiconductor plants, clean rooms and tool installs.
