- Lead Shelf-Life Regulatory Program: Develop a weekly plan for meal preparation, cooking and plating to meet the shelf-life program requirements. Execute the weekly plan, ensuring all meals are prepared to high standards. Lead, guide and coordinate the work of at least 1 supporting chef, delegating tasks effectively.
- Time Management: Efficiently organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation, maintaining smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Effective Communication: Foster clear and open communication channels with all the different areas of the DC, such as inventory, debox, kitchen and production, to ensure seamless execution of the weekly tasks.
- Food Safety Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food safety protocols and ensure strict adherence to GMP's to guarantee the safety of both staff and customers, contributing to high meal ratings.
