Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Minimum age of 21

Industry-Leading Pay Structure:

• Earn 57 - 65 CPM + accessorial pay
• Top 50% of drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
• Earn $1,200 to $1,600 per week
• Detention pay & layover pay
• Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements
• 2021 or newer equipment
• No forced dispatch to NYC
• In-cab scanning for seamless operations
• Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up/drop off)
• Orientation pay with transportation, motel, and meal coverage

J&R Schugel, located in New Ulm, MN, offers competitive starting pay ranging from 57 to 65 CPM. Our routes cover the length of I-35, extending to multiple terminals in strategic locations.
