Client Details

Our client is a MD-based, family-owned General Contractor. They specialize in SCIF, healthcare, and corporate interior projects throughout the DMV. They are looking to strategically grow their team by bringing on an experienced Assistant Project Manager who feels ready to step into a Project Manager position in the next 6-12 months.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Maryland will be responsible for:

  • coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
  • maintaining accurate project documentation
  • monitoring project progress
  • staying up to date on healthcare regulations and codes ensuring the project stays compliant
  • attending project meetings
  • completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Maryland will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction
  • a degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
  • commercial construction experience required, healthcare projects preferred
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong time management and organizational skills
