Description
The Construction Lead Estimator will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Estimating
- Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
- Generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
- Attend meetings and contribute to presentations
Profile
The Construction Estimator will possess:
- 8+ years experience
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial and healthcare projects.
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Job Offer
The Construction Estimator will receive:
- Compensation up to $160,000
- Annual Bonus
- Fuel Card + Company Credit Card
- Profit Sharing
