Your Opportunity
Our National office is looking for a Senior Learning Consultant, Technical Capabilities to join the Learning & Development team and own the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with National Technical Training teams and business leaders in Assurance, Tax, and Risk to understand their talent development objectives and provide insights and recommendations to support their talent development objectives.
- Conduct performance consulting and needs analysis to identify gaps and propose effective solutions tailored to local and national levels, focusing on technical capabilities and compliance learning.
- Support the alignment of technical skills learning curricula with the firm's competency frameworks, ensuring that skilling programs meet strategic technical capability needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Centers of Excellence, offices, and locations throughout the firm to leverage resources and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of technical learning initiatives.
- Support the development of and uphold firm-wide learning standards, ensuring compliance with language, accessibility, effectiveness, and regulatory requirements, while promoting best practices to mitigate risks and achieve desired impacts.
- Provide guidance and consultation to technical training teams on learning strategies, methodologies, technical bodies of knowledge, and best practices to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop and deliver learning resources, workshops, tools, and templates tailored to the specific needs of National Technical Training teams.
- Implement measurement on all learning interventions based on established key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to assess the impact on individual and organizational performance.

Your experience and education
- You have 5+ years of experience in performance consulting (within a Professional Services Firm in consulting industry is preferred but not required).
- You have 5+ years of practical experience in instructional design of blended learning solutions.
- You have a deep understanding of the modern learning professional and how it adds value to organizations.
- You have practical experience in implementing measurement strategies for programs of various levels of complexity and scope.
- You have practical experience developing learning solutions using design thinking methodology.
- You have strong group facilitation and presentation skills at all levels.
- You have the ability to collaborate with others and manage a creative development process.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- You have an excellent ability to build relationships and maintain trust with stakeholders.
- You have a curious mindset, strong critical thinking, and sense-making skills to continuously drive innovation in our learning and development practices.
- You are focused on providing an exceptional client experience.
- You have a learning mindset.
