The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects to ensure they align with the company's strategic objectives. The Program Manager will work with site operations teams to help streamline processes and site work. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams, manage resources, and achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the management of multiple projects within the program. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, budget, and materials.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members, to provide updates, address issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success. Regularly report on progress, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets. Track expenditures and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects within the program meet quality standards and deliverables are completed to the highest level of satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies. Implement best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
Compensation range for fully qualified candidates $85,000 - $95,000
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project management roles preferred, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and managing uncertainty.
Working Conditions
- Environment: This position involves working in an office setting with occasional travel to project sites or client locations as required.
