Hematology/Oncology Physician

A facility in Lafayette, CO is looking for Hematology Oncology coverage Dec 18 - Jan 11, no holidays. Would you be interested in helping out?

• Date: Dec 18 - Jan 11
• Schedule: M-F 8:30a-4:30p, weekend and evening call rotation, no holidays
• The physician on call covers the 4 hospitals and 1 free standing clinic for evening and weekend call
• NP supervision required
• Patient Volume: average 10-12 per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: CO license (will wait for license), BC, BLS, ACLS, Fellowship in hematology oncology, 3 years experience
