Highlights 

Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to practice in Pendleton, IN. This position offers the opportunity for physicians to join a well-established, collegial practice delivering high-quality healthcare. 

  • Shared call schedule 

  • Outpatient only 

  • No OB 

  • Electronic Medical Record System (Epic) 

  • Office location close to northern suburbs of Indianapolis 

  • Ability to practice in a smaller community while having the support of a larger network  

 

Licensure & Certifications 

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine  

  • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
