Starkey is hiring a Sr. Manager Business Intelligence - Enterprise Analytics on it's Starkey Data Excellence Team at it's global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Are you a Sr Manager with experience in Enterprise Business Analytics and have a strong sales background in manufacturing? We are looking for someone that is passionate about connecting the dots and in the know about market and business trends. In this position you would lead the organization in the transformation of its analytic capabilities. Accountable for setting the strategy and implementing the delivery of business reporting and data analytics to aid in better business insights and decision making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data. Transform analyses into concrete, actionable recommendation Utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.Develop a broad understanding of Starkey's business model, products, market, and emerging business priorities and capabilitiesAct as thought leader for the use of data and analytics to drive critical business decisions, business strategy and product management activitiesUnderstand and synthesize complex data into executive summarize Understand the operational metrics and key performance indicators used in making business decisions.Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to identify userAct a business lead for database and data provisioning projectsSupport IT in new data integration by providing database and platform requirements. Support business by ensuring appropriate data is available and consumable according to requirements.Act as lead in developing multi-source data architecture and analytics procedures and provide hands on technical know-how to address businessResearch issues and troubleshoot that may destabilize data or impact its integrityCreate high performing employees and teamso Recruit to attract best talento Make hiring and termination decisionso Manage performance including compensation decisionso Utilize HRIS system management accesso Coach and mentor employees, hold regular one on one meetingso Hold regular staff meetingso Establish clear and concise employee and departmental goals and objectives, aligned withbusiness unit and company.o Hold employees and teams accountable to deliver results
