As an EA at Plaid, you will work closely with top-level Executives to help enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering strategic value in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and another GTM Leader at PlaidWork closely with and represent Executive(s) both internally and externally, with composure and discretionHeavy scheduling and ability to independently and efficiently own Executive level calendarsCoordinate internal meetings including, but not limited, to one-on-one meetings, interviews, All Hands, etcOwn and Drive meeting agendas, including action items and follow upsPrepare slide decks and team wide correspondenceManage complex travel and coordinationPlan and execute leadership offsites and eventsTrack expenses and manage budget oversightManage additional special projects across GTM, the EA Team, and PlaidRequirements
Experience supporting C-level Executives5+ years of EA experienceSomeone who is highly organized and exhibits a strong sense of ownershipAgility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needsA motivated self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguityA resourceful, natural project manager who is able to think on their feetBeing proactive- anticipating the needs of others before anyone elseEmotional intelligence and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)Enjoys partnering with other administrative colleagues across the organization and providing back-up support when necessaryAn understanding that things may come up outside of typical office hours
$98,280 - $135,000 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $98,280 and $135,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
