DAY SHIFT - 7: 30am to 4: 00pm M-FResponsibilities:
Program Development: Utilize computer-aided manufacturing software to create CNC Machining Programs that enable the production of precision flight and tooling machined components.Data Management: Maintain CNC Program revision status and archive computer files according to procedures to ensure seamless operations.Documentation: Generate detailed tool lists and setup sheets for CNC Programs, providing clear instructions for machine operators.Feasibility Analysis: Analyze engineering data to assess the feasibility of product proposals and contribute to innovative solutions.Compliance: Follow engineering data control procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
Proficiency in CAM software, including Mastercam and Verisurf.Expertise in ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.General level: Bachelor s Degree plus 5 years experience, or a total of 10 years experience in the related field, or 5 years experience with 5-Axis.Senior level: Bachelor s Degree plus 10 years experience, or a total of 15 years experience in the related field.Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience operating a CNC machine.Familiarity with a manufacturing environment.Strong experience with software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Catia, or NX.
