Role Overview:
The Part Time Driver (20 hours/week) - NPS (Non-Public School: Vista School) is responsible for door-to-door transportation of Special Education Students.
Essential Job Duties:Provide services in and around the Los Angeles County areaPick up and drop off studentsMaintain and update route sheetsMonitor and maintain order among the students on the school van following school policies.Complete daily van safety check including Check and add fuel, oil, and water as needed.Submit reports on mechanical defects and other reports as assigned.Qualifications:
Must be able to meet the insurance underwriting conditions.Must have an acceptable driving recordAbility to interrupt physical altercations among students and administer CPR/First AidMay be required to obtain a Class B Driver's LicenseWhat You Bring to VDM:
High School DiplomaDriving experience transporting studentsCOVID Vaccination Card (fully vaccinated) required.What Can We Offer You for All Your Hard Work?
