Join our fintech culture within a Blue-Chip company where we are changing the way we use technology to support our customers, dealers and business.Responsibilities:About the Role:The Lead Software Engineer holds a unique position within the company as both an engineering contributor and a performance leader.As an engineering contributor, the Lead Software Engineer may embed in development teams or work across teams to contribute to the success of the organization and to the delivery of business value. In the capacity the Lead Software Engineer is a key contributor to the organization, including (but not limited to) working with system architects to influence and support the intentional architecture, developing software that delivers business value (e.g. new features), scaffolding to help teams deliver faster, or test automation and testability improvements.As a performance leader, the Lead Software Engineer works closely with individual team members, their managers, scrum masters, and product owners to teach and reinforce modern software development practices. The Lead Software Engineer engages across teams and embeds within teams to promote skills growth to help team members and teams become high performing.To accomplish this, the Lead Software Engineer is expected to be a master of his or her craft and have the professionalism and influence to partner, lead and mentor others. The Lead Software Engineer demonstrates empathy, meet others where they are at. and helps them improve.Develop product features for any of the following: Web applications, API services, Integration workflows with Payment service providers.Demonstrate Application architecture strong hold and help the team follow 12 Faction application methodologiesConduct Code reviews and catch potential issues in the lower environmentsExperience working with Digital wallet or financial transaction applications that secures and processes payment information in the cloudMigrate the products to public cloud like Azure within the team as appropriateInvest in learning and experimentation to expedite cloud implementations in AzureUse automates pipelines for building, testing, and deploying software package; continuously improving both the quality and speed of pipelinesContribute to testing automation and participating in peer reviews to increase product qualityMaintain a production first mindset focused on scale, uptime, and ability to rapidly triage resolve production issues
