Quality Assurance Analyst

Professional Experience:

•7-9+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.

•Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

•Proven track record in leading QA teams or projects (optional).

Technical Skills:

•Test Automation: Proficiency in tools like MABL, Selenium, or Saucelabs.

•Performance Testing: Knowledge of tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

•Defect Tracking Tools: Experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools.

•Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.

•CI/CD: Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Soft Skills:

•Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise solutions.

•Attention to Detail: Ensuring high quality in every aspect of software development.

•Leadership: Skills in managing and mentoring QA teams (optional).

•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Methodologies:

•Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

•Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Other Relevant Skills:
