Job Title: Executive Assistant IIIJob Description Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support up to two directors within E-commerce platforms. This exciting position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism whilst dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company. The successful candidate will require high attention to detail, bias for action, detailed planning, and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to communicate well and be able to take swift, effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little or no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization, and become the 'go-to' person for support activities. Key job responsibilities: Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements Provide seamless support to senior leaders using prioritization of business activities Travel coordination (both domestic and international) Expense reporting Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all hands meetings, supply ordering, and cyclical events such as annual planning sessions and performance reviews) This position will work with other assistants throughout AWS Single-threaded owner of team events and meetings Hard Skills Ability to prioritize Experience managing for 2-3 directors Ability to go with the flow Soft Skills High attention to detail Bias for action Strong organizational skills Professionalism Effective communication Problem-solving Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.
