We are looking for friendly EVS Cleaners to upkeep the appearance of casino floors, offices, and restrooms to create a wonderful environment for all guests.

MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL:

Interact and assist guests while cleaning.Clean and polish gaming equipment, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.Clean floors, walkways, foyers, lounges, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.Deep clean restrooms' public toilets, urinals, walls, dividers, mirrors, sinks, counters, floors, remove trash, stock all supply closets.Vacuuming gaming tables, cleaning gaming chairs, removing trash, cleaning all areas around slot machines, cleansing ash trays and urns, removing gum from floorVacuuming carpets, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning of wood, glass, pictures, doors, tables, chairs, slot machines and carpets.Empty waste baskets and empties and cleans ashtraysTransport trash and waste to disposal areaConduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to assure area meets cleanliness standardsReports maintenance repair problems to SupervisorEnsures all lost and found items are turned in and logged dailyEnsures sanitation guidelines are maintained.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.High school diploma or GED required.Must be physically strong and able to utilize cleaning equipmentPrevious knowledge of floor machines and cleaning equipment is a plus.Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.Must present a well-groomed appearance.Must be able to read, write and speak English.PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino and walk in intervals of 3-4 hours.Must be able to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.Must be able to use and operate vacuum cleaners, dustpans and brooms.Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals around crowded areas without developing an allergic reaction.Must be able to read labels on chemical bottles.Must be able to stoop, bend, reach and pull around casino and restroom areas.Must be able to use finger and hand movement when cleaning and wiping surface areas.Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
