We're looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our ever-evolving Quality Engineering team to help us unleash the potential of every business. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for teams' adherence to the established QA processes and procedures. Overseeing and ensuring testing deadlines are met and obstacles removed. You are the main point of contact for all offshore QA resources and are responsible for monitoring progress and resolving identified testing issues. Your role will interact with multiple Agile Teams. We work in a collaborative SAFe environment to deliver effective solutions for our customers using payments platforms. We're looking for proactive and like-minded team players who are interested in working in the Fintech sector for testing robust and scalable applications in a rapidly growing market. What you'll own Collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving operating and service excellence Works on complex applications where database analysis will be required to ensure the system is working as expected Understanding of Core Application functions and how they serve our clients Understanding of the platform ecosystem and how it relates to systems integration testing and compatibility, across multiple platform integrations. Executes continuous testing improvement and ensures delivery commitments are met consistently. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on critical QA metrics. Work with Product Managers, able to articulate the impact to our clients for any open issues Creation of Test Plan for large initiatives Assist with any End-to-End test needs within Organization Coordination and monitoring of Automation Test Suites execution Support Production issue analysis as needed Attend overnight releases if and when needed Where you'll own it You'll own it in our Cincinnati, OH office hub. What you bring 8 years of experience in manual software testing methodologies and best practices 3 years of experience in automated testing methodologies and best practices 2 years of experience testing Hybrid mobile applications 3 years of experience building SQL queries Experience working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum methodology Working experience with Responsive design testing practices Working experience with API Testing utilizing (PostMan & Swagger) Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Multi-tasking abilities Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career.
