The Data Analytics Manager will be critical in driving the marketing team's data strategy and ensuring data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and overall marketing performance. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and delivering actionable insights that guide marketing decisions. The role will require the ability to perform exploratory analyses, design & implement experiments, and developing visualizations to deliver insights that will support GoNetspeed's customer acquisition and retention.
Essential Job Duties:
•Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing data strategy to drive business goals, including the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks.
•Creates, maintains, and automates dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
•Analyzes sales and marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can optimize campaign performance, improve ROI, and guide future marketing strategies.
•Leads and mentors a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and professional development.
•Partners with marketing teams, sales teams, and executives to support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
•Works closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the marketing stack.
•Builds and maintains data visualizations that communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Leads the design and analysis of A/B tests and other forms of experimentation to optimize marketing efforts and customer experiences.
•Implements and maintains best practices for data hygiene, governance, and compliance, ensuring accurate and reliable data is available for analysis.
•Proactively identifies areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data and use these insights to inform new strategies or operational improvements.
•Manages high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization.
•Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements, while documenting data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements.
•Reviews accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions of the team, coaching team members to reach a high data standard.
•Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations. *

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Demonstrated in-depth skills with SQL, Python/SAS programming, Excel, and data visualization skills such as Tableau, Looker Studio and analytics/presentations.
•Proven record to dig into the "why" of various results and present data driven insights and recommendations.
•Balance conflicting resource demands and internal pressures with focus towards business priorities.
•Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
•Manage complex and diverse projects simultaneously.
•Supervise and motivate others.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
•Experience: working within a data platform and data analysis environment: 10 years or more; managing complex projects: 5 years or more; leading teams of data analysts and data scientists.
•Expert knowledge of tracking methodologies and attribution models for both online and offline channels. Google Analytics experience is preferred.
$85,000 - $100,000 a year
