Employees are truly excited about their work environment and describe the department as “friendly, positive, and family oriented” with collaborative relationships with ED physicians.Join our 24 bed Emergency Services Department as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.New Hire and Relocation Incentive eligible.

Required Qualifications:Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of NursingActive California RN licenseBLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart Association1 year of recent RN experience in an Adult Emergency Services departmentHave excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviorsMust be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in nursingCEN – Certified Emergency Nursing
