Support the day-to-day administrative functions for the office of the CFO for Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP). Serve as the first point of contact for multiple internal and external parties by handling a wide variety of situations involving the clerical functions of the office. Reports to EVP & Chief Financial Officer.Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the CFO. Anticipate and prepare materials needed for appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. Review the nature of appointments to determine urgency and schedule as appropriate.Ensure coordination of logistics for related events involving senior leaders, including CEO, CFO, Treasurer, and VP Investor Relations (IR), collaborating closely and liaising with multiple internal and external parties.Prepare expense reports and check requests to pay invoices for senior leaders of accounting, tax, finance and investor relations.Monitor incoming calls from banking relationship partners; direct as appropriate and ensure timely follow-up. Support the CEO's Executive Assistant/Project Manager in executing logistics for banking partner events.Monitor incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from external research analysts and investors to support the IR team. Direct as appropriate and ensure timely follow-up, which may require support after office hours. Schedule analyst and investor meetings.Execute logistics for IR events in close collaboration with VP IR. Events include investor days, analyst presentations, video webcasts, conference calls, roadshows, conferences and other industry events.Coordinate with General Counsel and Controller to distribute materials for selected Board of Director Committee meetings.Coordinate distribution of quarterly earnings release materials and ad hoc investor presentations as directed by the CFO and VP IR.Assist in maintaining and updating the company's IR website, including the accurate and timely posting of earnings release transcripts, webcast links and other schedules.Create, prepare, assemble and distribute information as requested by the CFO. Coordinate collection and preparation of reports.Handle various situations involving the office's clerical and administrative functions.Handle office duties when the executive is out of the office and ensure requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member.Assist with special events and activities as necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.EducationHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience5+ years administrative experience, preferably at the executive levelProject coordination experienceKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsMust possess good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailAbility to meet designated deadlines is criticalRequired to handle highly sensitive and confidential situationsProficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
