Sales Data AnalystThe Sales Data Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights to drive sales strategy and performance at Intermex. This role is critical in helping the sales team optimize revenue opportunities by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business growth through data.
You WillAnalyze sales data to identify trends and patterns around pricing, transaction growth, and market penetration levels that will highlight opportunities for company growth.Work closely with sales leadership and the CEO to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.Create and maintain sales execution dashboards against opportunities identified to highlight progress toward strategic milestones.Support the sales team with ad hoc data requests and analysis to drive day-to-day sales operations.You Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Solid understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and sales cycle analysis.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills, ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Gravitas to work with and interact regularly with C-Suite members at the cutting edge of their industry.Preferred Skills
High level of curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to work with systems and system owners to access data.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
