Job Description
The Executive Assistant (EA) for Global Business Services will aid our Senior Vice President of Global Business Services in providing administrative, technical, and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team. You will be coordinating in a global reaching organization with operations in 5 regions. The Global Business Services organization provides IT technical and HR services for our company. In this position, the EA will serve as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs.
They will build and maintain relationships crucial to the success of the executive and the organization, and represents the Company and the Executive's office to the organization as well as external visitors. Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, and coordinating travel and global business meetings, they will also work with other executive assistants to orchestrate meetings. It's important for the EA be professional and exercise discretion when handling critical information.

Required
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent educationMinimum of 8 years of experience in positions of progressive experience in administrative or support roles in an multi-department organizationMinimum of 2 years experience with administrative workIntermediate to Advanced Skills in MS Office 360; MS Teams; MS Word; PowerPoint; Microsoft Applications; Travel Management; Expense Management; Coupa Purchasing and additional platforms, as neededStrong organizational skills, ability to take initiative and forecast business needs in advance.Follow through on commitments/org needs, follow up with customer service excellence and operational discipline to manage the office with robust planning and executionStrong Communication Skills - both oral and writtenDiscretion and Confidentiality as this does support an HR organizationGrowth Mindset and curiosity to improve work processes and participate in other key org projects, as needed
