DescriptionThe Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Asia Global Selling team in Seattle, Washington.Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Our team drives business development in China and Asia, along with collaborating with many of Amazon's global teams.Must be able to speak Mandarin (verbal and written).This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.Key job responsibilities- Arrange travel itinerary and hotel bookings as required.- Manage and process all mail and email correspondence as required- Interact with Amazon counterparts on a global basis to arrange meetings, conference calls, diary schedules etc.- Assist with the follow up actions from meeting outcomes- Prepare and issue minutes of meetings- Assist with the preparation of key information indicator statistics and develop plan and presentations etc.- Assist with managing and maintaining an effective computer based filing system and where appropriate manual filing system- Be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the teams administration- Work closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Amazons policies and proceduresBasic Qualifications- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPreferred Qualifications- Experience leading process improvements- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiencyAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
