I am working with a dynamic law firm that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plaintiff's Attorney with 5+ years of experience. We are looking for an Insurance Defense Atttorney with prior plainitff experience preferred to join their team, focusing on a wide docket of persona l injury and commercial plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal injury law, commercial law, trial experience, and a knack for providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Plaintiff's Attorney:
- Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support plaintiffs’ strategies.
- Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients.
- Go to trial when it is not in the clients best interest to accept a settlement.
- Ability to work a litigation caseload of 30-40 cases in personal injury and commercial docket.
- 5+ years of personal injury and/or commercial plaintiff's experience.
- Strong ability to see the big picture and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work hard and play hard. In the office M-F, no work on the weekends.
- High six to seven figure income potential.
