The Loan Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our loan management systems. This role requires a deep understanding of loan processing software and a proactive approach to system management to ensure efficient operation and compliance with industry standards.

This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product owners and lending staff to optimize system processes, reduce loan origination times, and manage credit risk with effective monitoring and reporting tools.Gather feedback from experts and users to enhance systems, implement upgrades, and streamline operations with adequate controls.Develop and oversee training for the Loan Operating System (LOS), troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain documentation for lending staff.Manage system releases, including organizing testers and documenting results.Ensure accurate data integration, proper user setup, and security in LOS.Stay proficient in LOS reporting tools.Manage relationships with LOS vendors to meet expectations and SLAs.Serve as a backup for the Retail Systems Strategist and maintain the Retail Loan Origination System.Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or other business related degree; Minimum of four years of related experience at a bank or other financial institution; Or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Demonstrated work experience with credit analysis software, Sageworks by Abrigo, is required.Demonstrated work experience administering an LOS and Loan Workflows preferred.First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned full-service Community Bank with locations in ND, MN, SD, and AZ.
