We're looking for a system administrator to join our Operations team to manage Cloud Infrastructure, including servers, databases, and AWS services. This is an opportunity to gain experience in managing the client's AWS GovCloud environment. We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. Work with us and resolve daily challenges as we improve the creation and configuration of various AWS Services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 2 years of experience in system, network, and cloud administration Experience with Amazon AWS GovCloud Experience with Lambda functions Experience configuring and patching components such as RedHat and Windows OS Knowledge of AWS services and structures Ability to develop scripts using Python Ability to work independently and as part of a team Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in an IT or CS field Security Certification Nice If You Have: Experience configuring and administering AppStreamx Experience in military service or working with government agencies in the DoD Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and data backups Knowledge of log collection and aggregation tools such as Splunk Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
