Amentum is now hiring for several Network Administrator/Engineer (All Levels) positions in support of the Field, Lab and Air Integration / Experimentation / Modeling and Risk Reduction office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and other locations. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment FLAIR core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of FLAIR and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within FLAIR

The candidate will perform the following duties:
+ Plans, designs, and evaluates new and existing computer network systems and services, including local area networks, wide area networks, intranets, and the Internet, providing analytical, technical, and administrative support.
+ Plans, oversees, develops, and implements network policies and procedures and ensures network integrity as maintenance and modification projects to existing applications are undertaken.
+ Troubleshoots network issues. Installs and upgrades network equipment and software.
+ Creates and maintains documentation relating to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
+ Establishes and documents network technical support processes and procedures. Practices network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications.
+ Establishes voice and network standards regarding new technologies and applications.
+ Monitors and tests network performance and provides network performance statistics and reports.
+ Acts as technical liaison between clients, customers, and vendors resolve issues as needed.
+ Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.
+ Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
+ Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
+ Relies on experience, and judgment to perform the functions of the job.
+ Experience in managing, monitoring and configuring the routine operations and maintenance of computer systems in a variety of different networks to include high volume/high availability systems.
+ Must have experience responding and resolving problems quickly.
+ Must have the skills to implement agency policy regarding computer access and implement firewalls.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
+ 1-10+ years of experience
+ 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
+ Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
**Compensation:**
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $250,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
