Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design and develop test automation frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with various testing tools and methodologies, and will be responsible for migrating existing scripts, creating test plans, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and develop test automation framework and strategy using Cypress/Cucumber.

•Migrate from Selenium WebDriver scripts to Cypress.

•Establish Test Automation process and involve in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap.

•Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology.

•Develop automation scripts for Web Applications and Graph QL APIs.

•Create data-driven tests to check application performance with different sets of data.

•Oversee the design and development of automation testing frameworks for front-end and back-end API services across desktop, web, and mobile applications.

•Write MONGO queries to access the data from the database collections to ensure data integrity.

•Develop automation framework for API testing with SOAP UI.

•Familiarity with GitHub/TFS and Azure Kubernetes.

Required Qualifications:

•Proficiency in Gatling Load testing, Cypress, Graph QL, JavaScript/TypeScript, GitHub CI/CD, Java, Selenium, Jasmine/Mocha, and Mongo DB.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with Agile development methodology.

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications:

•Relevant certifications in test automation or related fields are a plus.

Bachelors Degree
