Job detailsTop 50 firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Venture Capital Tax Manager to provide expert tax advice to clients in the finance industry. This is a permanent remote position offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.Responsibilities
Provide tax consulting services to venture capital clients, including tax planning, compliance, and structuring.Develop and maintain relationships with clients and serve as their trusted tax advisor.Review tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact to clients and team members.Work closely with other team members to provide a high level of service to clients and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications
