WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in our Product org. Our ideal candidate will thrive in our innovative, fast-paced, and growing organization, expanding their skills and abilities in pace with the company. We're looking for someone who will succeed in the technical side of our business and help to cultivate connectivity across the department, driving efficiency, and bringing productivity to the next level.
We are looking for a passionate and highly driven individual to support our global Product organization. The objective of this role is to resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise and strategically support your VPs and their team's projects. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment and possess a highly collaborative mindset. In order to be successful in this role, you need to have top-tier business judgment and top-notch organizational skills with insane attention to detail. In addition to this, you should have the mature leadership and communication skills to make an impact across a large, cross functional organization. This role lives at the heart of the Product org, so knowledge of/interest in product and tech is a major plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DOUnderstanding of the priorities and objectives of your leader and their teamsCreate organization-wide presentation materialsPlan, coordinate, facilitate, and lead various meetings, functions, and events including quarterly retreats and team-building offsitesAct as gatekeeper, time-advocate, and liaison for ExecutivesEffectively handle multiple priorities for Executives' time, applying strong decision-making skills in handling priority of requests, raising as necessary for resolutionHandle dynamic calendar and scheduleLead team meetings, team calendars, and team Slack channelsSupport cross-functional alignment within the Box organizationAct as a team point person: handle team requests, problem-solve, and assist with keeping the team on-track and organizedManage domestic and international travel plans and agendas for ExecutivesBe a culture-contributor: oversee department culture initiatives, track, highlight, and celebrate important team cultural/career momentsWHO YOU ARE
