Our portfolio spans a broad spectrum of public and private asset classes, and we are committed to expanding our capabilities and our toolkit in furtherance of our mission.The PositionReporting to the Head of Program Management & Business Agility Delivery of Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI), the Business Agility Delivery Leader will work directly with other leaders and managers to help the organization deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt and thrive as the organization evolves for the future. In this role, you will own organizational change management and develop business readiness plans that enable employees to execute and embrace the impact of strategic initiatives and create lasting transformation. These plans will focus on communication, changes to processes and controls as well as the design of training, desktop procedures and other job aids focused on specific initiatives.You will also own the Business Agility Team budget tracking and reporting, program and other metrics reporting, and responsibility for maturing LMI’s Agile Ways of Working including planning related events and ensuring ongoing learning and development. The ability to pivot to Program Management, when capacity is needed, will also be required.Responsibilities:Build and drive organizational change management, and the BR plan for each significant strategic priority/program.Facilitate the design of training, desktop procedures and other job aides.Partner with Data & Analytics, Business Transformation and Tech on critical strategic initiative communications, including reporting out on progress made on strategic initiatives.Assess the impact of business or organization changes on processes and controls, and provide feedback on risks and mitigations.Foster a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement within Business Agility, DAP and LMI Tech teams and across the broader LMI organization.Partner with LMI Tech to guide business Agile ways of working (e.g., communication, change impacts, training) to ensure consistent, impactful approach to identifying areas of improvement and preparing business stakeholders with the support and tools needed to be successful.Program Management.Accountable for managing portfolio of complex programs directly, including creation of program roadmap, milestones, and risks.Lead regularly occurring SteerCo meetings with Business Leaders to align on program milestones, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and budget.Manage relationships with stakeholders across the broader LMI organization, including senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to drive collaboration and awareness across programs.Qualifications:High level of proven business expertise needed to set clear priorities for product and understand business value impacts.Minimum 10 years of total experience with Business Readiness/Change Management/Program Management.Experience in the asset management and/or insurance industry is a plus.Proven experience with Agile practices and expectations.A proactive and stakeholder-centric mindset to support the organization with change management and BR.An out of the box thinker, ready to regularly bring new ideas, with an Agile mindset.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to network, convince and negotiate with senior management and stakeholders.Ability to build trusted relationships within BAT and with DAP, LMI Tech and business stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable with making decisions with some level of uncertainty.About UsThis position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.As a purpose-driven organization, Liberty Mutual is committed to fostering an environment where employees from all backgrounds can build long and meaningful careers.
