We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, email automation, campaign project management, and reporting. This role will support the marketing department in delivering strategic initiatives aimed at generating leads and nurturing customer relationships.Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
In partnership with marketing leadership, organize and execute marketing demand generation campaigns across various channels - primarily owning email and facilitating digital ad development.Email Marketing:
Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns (nurture + ABM programs), including writing copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics. Understand A/B testing strategies.Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns by partnering with other marketing team members and using reporting tools to measure ROI and campaign success.Develop and manage the creation of content that supports key programs. Content can include: Sell Sheets, Checklists, Blogs, etc.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, product marketing, PR, design, digital and demand generation) to ensure consistent messaging and support business objectives.Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in a marketing specialist or demand generation role.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to be used primarily in marketing email writing.Proficiency in marketing automation software (Pardot preferred but not required) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.Understanding of ABM principles and process is also a plus.Knowledge of email strategy best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
