Position Description:Your responsibilities include supporting the IT infrastructure and applications used, contributing to process improvement efforts, and ensuring the manufacturing execution systems operate efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply IT skills in a manufacturing environment and gain valuable experience.Responsibilities:
Support a multi-shift operation in a manufacturing plant, including flexible hours and rotating schedules (days, nights, and weekends).Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user productivity tools to plant business customers.Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.Support Plant Floor Systems/PDO teams in resolving incidents and escalations, and provide hands-on support to global teamsas needed.Focus on the integration and long-term maintenance of applications.Assist the team lead with managing assignments and workload.Develop, maintain, and share accurate support documentation.Skills Required:
Strong desire to learn manufacturing operations and business practices.Broad business and manufacturing perspective.Understanding of computer-based tools and computing infrastructure.Interest in processes that support manufacturing.Willingness to work in a high-pressure production environment with flexible working shifts.Experience Required:
High School diploma.Additional Information:
Onsite only, with the possibility of working days, afternoons, and midnights.
