We are actively seeking a full-time Senior Tax Partner experience to join our growing team! As a Senior Tax Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and directing our tax strategies and services, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and excellence in this key area of our business. This position features a hybrid work arrangement, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, and reports directly to the Executive Management Committee. This position is open to hybrid work, and only candidates from NJ/NYC will be considered.

Advise on implications and maintain rigorous risk management policies.Coordinate tax compliance and planning responsibilities for our multistate environmentMaintain existing business relationships and cultivate new ones
Qualifications
Minimum 20 years of experience with a public accounting and/or professional services firm or law firmBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field requiredCPA or EA preferredEducation Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldMaster's degree preferred but not requiredEducation Requirements Credential Category
CPA or EA preferredExperience Requirements
Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in tax management and planning
