We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team at our hospital in Charles Town, WV. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of West Virginia.
The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. They will also be responsible for managing the clinic staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian include:
Providing medical care to animalsPerforming surgeries and other proceduresDiagnosing and treating illnesses and injuriesManaging the clinic staffOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinicQualifications for the Lead Veterinarian include:
DVM degreeLicense to practice veterinary medicine in the state of West VirginiaAt least 5 years of experience as a veterinarianStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
