One Family.Job SummaryThe Manager, SAP Basis and Security will be responsible for driving the Basis and security strategy, ensuring operational effectiveness of the environments, and maintaining Basis and security for both ECC and S/4 HANA systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in both ECC and S/4 environments and should have a proven track record of managing a global team.We are happy to consider remote applicants within the USA.Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive Basis and security strategy for ECC and S/4 HANA environments that aligns with organizational goals. Operational Management: Ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP systems, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting in a global landscape. Team Management: Lead and manage a global team of SAP Basis and Security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee compliance with IT security policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. Including managing GRC governance. Project Management: Lead and deliver projects related to SAP Basis and Security, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Knowledge and ExperienceRequired Skills and Qualifications: 5-7 years of proven experience in SAP Basis and Security operations. About 3 years of managing an SAP Basis and Security team. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. Experience with S/4HANA Security role design. Experience with SAP's security architecture and GRC technology platforms. Prior experience or working knowledge of CHARM Experience in leading a global team and managing cross-functional projects. Excellent understanding of IT security best practices and risk management. Strong communication and leadership skills.Preferred Skills: Certifications in SAP Basis and Security. Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and SAP Access Control.
