Chief Human Resources Officer Position Summary
The Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer serves as an integral member of the senior leadership team. The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as a collaborative member and business partner to the TidalHealth Executive Team, providing strategic leadership in the acquisition, development, engagement, reward and recognition, and retention of a highly competent, patient-focused workforce. The Chief Human Resources Officer is accountable for the good stewardship of organizational resources and is responsible for system-wide leadership to address team member development and succession management at TidalHealth.
The Chief Human Resources Officer will have oversight for the following areas:
Total Rewards
Talent Acquisition
Talent Management
HR Operations
HR Business Partners and Team Member Relations
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Health Equity
Child Care Services
The Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer reports directly to the President and CEO of TidalHealth. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer includes:
Director, People/Operations
Director, HRIS & Compensation
Director, Child Care Services
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with 10 (ten) years of human resources management experience at a multi-site organization with at least five years of experience in healthcare. A Master’s degree in business, human resources, industrial psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field is required. This leader must be a strategic, solution-driven collaborator and able to work closely with executive leaders and department heads across the organization.
