Senior Director of Creative Enterprise Product Management

to articulate a clear product vision, develop a pragmatic strategy, and drive on-time, quality execution for the Creative Enterprise Product team across workflows, APIs, genAI features, generative model customization, etc. Reporting to the VP, Creative Enterprise, a successful product leader will embrace extreme customer orientation, be passionate about delivering delightful, scaled creative production experiences, and have a nose for the money (e.g., drive meaningful business impact).What you’ll do

Lead product strategy, management, and execution.Partner closely with design, engineering, technical program management, and customer functions (pre-sales, post-sales).Define a clear, committed, and flexible product roadmap; Drive objectives and key results to measure success.Spot risks, find opportunities, understand competitive landscapes and emerging trends, articulate implications, translate insight into pragmatic, fast-cycle action.Continuously learn and confirm/adjust decision-making using data-driven insights.Frequently interact with customers & adjust to the customer context (e.g., alpha research, sales, customer success, prototyping).Ideate and evaluate creative enterprise product and workflow prototypes using knowledge of creative production, Adobe APIs, external APIs, and customer needs.Present to Digital Media and Adobe leadership on new innovations, progress, landscapes.What you'll need to succeed

15+ years of demonstrated product management leadership and experience in fast-moving, technically oriented context.Creative workflows, API/developer business, GenAI, former engineer, preferred.Proven experience in a ‘start-up’ or ‘0 > 1’ scaling environment; Founder-mentality.Extreme passion for solving customer problems.Excellent “connector” of people, ideas, activity.Outstanding analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers.Work across other internal engineering and research teams to imagine and build prototypes using existing and new available technologies.Ability to work autonomously, manage through influence, and deliver on-time with quality.Flexibility to travel for customers as needed (~25% of time).At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world! The U.S. pay range for this position is $179,100 -- $382,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
